Spring is a time of rebirth in the hills. Spring is also a time to hit the hills in search of sheds. Horn hunters from around the country descend on Idaho in hopes of finding these magnificent miracles of nature. Book a spring trail ride with HCO and we can head out in search of sheds, all while reveling in the natural beauty of the Idaho wilderness. This set was discovered laying on top of the snow; a goofy 7 x 4 with the club on the 4 broken off in early March, 2015. We typically set out in search of deer sheds in February and elk in March and April. Shed hunting is addicting, trust me.
